About these figures. "Homes since 2014" counts new homes registered for warranty under Alberta's New Home Buyer Protection Act — build volume, not an annual rate. "Last full year / last 3 years" and the multi-family share are exact counts from the full registry record set; "Builds in (metro)" lists Edmonton-metro communities only. Multi-family builders are typically undercounted (rental units are exempt; condo projects may register under a parent company). Factual profiles from public registries; not reviews or endorsements.
