The Cantiro family of builders
Formerly / also: Beaverbrook Group of Companies.
Rebranded from Beaverbrook in 2020; folded in Dolce Vita Homes, MODA Townhomes, Beaverbrook Communities, InHouse/CX, and Centrex Homes (acquired 2009). Founded 1995 (George Cantalini). In June 2024, Cantiro acquired the Edmonton operations of Morrison Homes, which had registered roughly 1,009 Edmonton-metro New Home Warranty homes under its own name (2014–2024) before the acquisition; those are counted under Morrison, not added to Cantiro's total here.
Why this matters: the name on the show home isn't always who owns the company. Knowing the parent group tells you how big and established they really are, and which "different" builders are actually siblings.
